As a full-service realtor, I’m by your side from start to finish.  Part of the joy of my job is seeing each project through, and seeing the joy in you.


Below, I’ve outlined my process for both buyers and sellers so you can get a better sense of how we might work together in the future. Please know that throughout each process, I communicate extensively with you so you always know what’s happening with your home.

First, let’s meet! I’ll come to you for a complimentary consultation to get to know more about you and what type of property you’re looking for.


Lending and pre-approvals. If you haven’t been pre-approved through a lender, I’m happy to assist you in selecting a lender, and will work closely with any lender you choose.


Chatting through documents first. I like to explain the offer process and documents upfront so we’re prepared to move quickly once we’ve found a property you love.


House hunting. I will take you to open houses and private showings.  I’ll also look for off-market opportunities that fit your criteria. We’ll work together to find a system for viewing homes that works best for your schedule.

Like a house? I’ll put together a thorough comparative market analysis for any property you’re considering.  I’ll also communicate extensively with the agent representing the home you like so we can be prepared to submit a competitive offer if and when you’re ready.


Discussing every detail. I’ll work with your lender to determine the most competitive terms based on the property and the status of your loan approval. I’ll also walk you through the seller’s disclosures so that you understand all aspects.

Making an offer and keeping you updated. When you’re ready to make an offer on a house, I’ll put together the offer with terms you’re 100% comfortable with. I’ll submit the offer and provide you with updates regularly until we have a response.


Scheduling inspections. When our offer is accepted (yay!), I’ll work with you to schedule inspections and will attend the inspections as well. I'll review the inspection findings with you as soon as we have them, and I'll keep you informed the whole way through.

Staying on track. I’ll communicate with your lender, the listing agent, and the escrow team at all stages of the transaction to ensure we’re on track to close, and to resolve any potential issues.

Get your market analysis. After meeting, I’ll put together a thorough comparative market analysis to provide you with the most up-to-date pricing for comparable properties.


Price your home. We’ll work together to determine a listing price you’re comfortable with. We can also discuss if you want to update or change any areas of your home to drive value.


Staging and photography. We’ll determine whether we should work with a stager, or if your house is good to go. I’ll work with the stagers directly to create a market-ready home. I’ll also coordinate with a photographer/videographer to show off your property.


Listing and marketing your home. I develop a creative marketing strategy that’s unique to each home to help attract the right buyers.


Open up your home. We’ll create a plan that’s most convenient for you to hold open houses.

Picking the best offer. I’ll work with you to determine the best offer selection process for your property and the current market.

Coordinating inspections. Once we’re in contract, I’ll coordinate with the buyer’s agent to arrange any inspections and to address any questions.


Closing time. I’ll work with the buyer’s agent and the escrow team to successfully close the transaction on a timeline that works for you.
